This breathtaking tour puts you on the edge of one of Colorado’s most picturesque attractions. Look down into the depths of the Royal Gorge as this 3.5-hour off-road tour takes you to high peaks overlooking the rim of the Royal Gorge, visits historical parts of our community, and drives over America’s highest suspension bridge. This trip climbs more than 1,500 vertical feet out of historic Cañon City to the south rim of the world famous Royal Gorge and takes you to an amazing vista on Fremont Peak overlooking the valley.

After the tour, we’ll provide you with a FREE Royal Gorge Bridge admission ticket, so you can return to the park on your own to explore the Visitor Center, Theater, ride the gondola, hike the park’s trails, and walk over the bridge at your leisure. As Bridge tickets cost up to $35 (varies by season), this bonus will save you $$$ compared to booking a jeep tour and bridge ticket separately. The jeep tour is approximately 3.5 hours, and you can go back to the bridge and stay until closing. So, you’ll enjoy a full day of fun for less, and you don’t have to wait in line to buy tickets at the bridge. Win-win!

Oh… So Much to See

After admiring the depths of the Gorge as we cross the 18 foot wide, 1,260-foot long bridge, 1,000 feet above the Arkansas River, we climb another 500 feet to the awe-inspiring views of Fremont Peak. From this high point, you’ll see from Pike’s Peak to the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to the Eastern Plains. On our way back to Cañon City, we will stop to view dinosaur tracks left over 107 million years ago. This is a great trip for the whole family.
