Jeep to Red Canyon or Royal Gorge. Raft the Bighorn Sheep Canyon or Royal Gorge. These packages include lunch! Available May to september
If you are looking to experience the beautiful landscapes that Colorado has to offer from different perspectives, this trip is for you. See things from a bird’s eye view as you climb to some of Colorado’s highest peaks in a Jeep and then look at things from far below in the canyons of the Arkansas River while river rafting in Royal Gorge, CO. All of the Jeep & Raft packages on this page include a lunch.
BONUS: COMPLIMENTARY BRIDGE TICKETS (When booking here only!)
Select one of the two ROYAL GORGE JEEPING options below (with either the rafting at Bighorn Sheep Canyon or Royal Gorge) and you’ll receive a FREE Royal Gorge Bridge & Park admission ticket, so you can return to the park on your own to explore the Visitor Center, Theater, ride the gondola, hike the park’s trails, and walk over the bridge at your leisure. As bridge tickets cost up to $37 (varies by season), this bonus will save you $$$ over purchasing a jeep tour, rafting trip, and Royal Gorge Bridge admission tickets separately. Our Jeep & Raft packages are full days, and you can go back to the bridge and stay as long as you’d like the next day, so basically, you’ll enjoy two days at the Royal Gorge for the price of one.
Terms & Conditions: Please note that the free bridge ticket is not provided if you take a Red Canyon jeep tour. Only reservations that include the 3.5+ hour Royal Gorge (jeep only or jeep packages), made through our website’s reservation system, will receive the complimentary tickets. Bookings made through any third party will not qualify for this offer.

About the Experience
Start the morning with a scenic jeep tour to Red Canyon OR the Royal Gorge. The Red Canyon Jeep Tour winds through red towering rock formations and monoliths sculpted by erosion of a layer of sedimentary rock made famous by beautiful areas like Red Rocks, Garden of the Gods, and Morrison. The Royal Gorge Jeep Tour explores the overlooks and steep drop offs into the roaring Arkansas River, drives into the Royal Gorge Park, and over the world-famous Royal Gorge Bridge, one of the highest suspension bridges in the world.
After your morning Jeep excursion you will return to our headquarters and then drive to Raft Masters at 2315 E Main St, Canon City for your lunch.
After lunch, your whitewater rafting adventure begins. Choose the mid-level 9-mile trip through the Arkansas river’s Bighorn Sheep Canyon (Class II and III rapids) OR the more challenging 12-mile trip through the Royal Gorge (Class III to V rapids). The Bighorn Sheep Canyon is appropriate for children weighing 50 lbs and up, or roughly age 5. The Royal Gorge is more adventurous and is suited to ages 14 and up. Keep in mind that these guidelines fluctuate by season and water levels. See the USGS website for current water levels and conditions. Need a rafting trip appropriate for the little ones?
Raft Masters, our booking partner, also has Family Float trips that can be taken by children as young as age 1. Visit their website for details. Have questions about rapid difficulty ratings? See: Wikipedia
